Can I return my order?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the products are unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

• Private Edition pieces cannot be returned, as they are made to order, except in case of defect or damage.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your candle arrives damaged, we sincerely apologise.

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photos of the product and packaging.
• After review, we will issue a refund or replacement.

How do I return an item?

• Pack the item in its original box.
• Include proof of purchase or invoice.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in case of defect or an error on our part.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
